Time flies...

Is it really April already? Last month went so fast, I missed writing this newsletter. In this post, I will update you a little about this month as well as April. Like many of you, we are feeling the full swing of getting back to work and in some ways, there is a feeling that we have to catch up.

In March, RAH was really about tightening our operations, researching and exploring new services, and optimizing some internal processes. We completed several server upgrades, tightened security (blocking attacks from all over the world), and are working to offer more and better solutions for you and your business. We hope to be able to share more news about this at some point when we have more solid details.


We have begun to move to our new payment system, we hope to be able to offer you a portal where you will be able to make updates and view invoices. Along with that, we have begun to make changes to our website to provide more clarity and information about our services. If you haven't been to our website in some time, I encourage you to take a look, especially at our updated product/services pages.

This March we have had a quick resolution time for help requests, as well as a reduced count of requests created. We credit the reduction in service requests or SRs to the ongoing effort of automating patches, upgrades, and security.
